- Website usage data: pages visited, browser type, device type, and IP address, collected via Google Analytics 4

We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
- Process and manage plumber or retail partner accounts
- Display public plumber profiles where you have chosen to make your profile visible
- Run competitions and promotional activities, and use competition submissions in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

- Competition submissions: retained indefinitely, in accordance with the licence granted under Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions
- Analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics data retention settings (default 14 months)

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including those set by Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use our site and to improve performance. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated where possible.
